Our factory spans 15500 square meters and is equipped with two automated mattress production lines and 120 experienced and skilled workers. The first floor is office area and also the loading area, the third floor is the mattress used pocket spring production workshop, the fourth floor is the quilting fabric workshop, the fifth floor serves as the warehouse area, and the sixth floor is dedicated to the production of finished mattresses. We maintain strict control over product quality, ensuring that all mattresses comply with international standards and have undergone multiple quality tests and certifications.
How is the packing method for oversea purchasing order?
Bellow are three packing methods, can choose according to your requirement.
1. Flat compress: PE bag and wooden pallet （For whole saler)
2. Roll up: PE bag and Carton or plastic bag ( For online sale, personal used, retail)
3. Non-compress: PE bag and kraft paper (Personal used, high shipping cost)
Do you provide customized products? Can put our logo on mattress and package?
We accept customized product at the same time, logo services is ready for you. please tell us your requirement.(Size, material, thickness, hardness, color, packing etc.)

We are a original manufacturer, we have been engaged in the export business over 10 years, our factory located in Foshan city, Guangdong. Our factory covers an area of 15,500 square meters and has the full in-house production capability for mattresses
What sizes of mattresses do you carry? Do you make custom sizes?
We can offer different sizes and also make custom sizes.
How is the delivery time?
It will take 10-35 days for production after receiving 30% deposit payment.
